BEER MAKING
Give us about 24 hours notice to prepare a brew to match your favourite taste, then come in and add yeast to begin fermentation (takes about 5 minutes). We do all the brewing for you! Two weeks later, return to can your brew on one of our Two Beer Canning Machines! We supply the cans.

WINE MAKING
Specializing in FRESH JUICE!
Fresh Grape Juice on site in huge walk-in cooler! Come in and choose from a selection of popular RED & WHITE juices. We move your juice from the cooler into a warm fermentation room & in a few weeks, rack & filter it.

Approximately 8 weeks later, you return to bottle (takes about 1/2 hour). Use your own wine bottles or purchase new bottles here. Corks, labels and shrinks are free!

Free bottles for the first batch for new customers.
